5 Tips & Reminders for your Seed Crop Certification Applications!

Don’t forget!
Check the status of your fields by logging into the Members area.  The icons in the Crop History tab will help you determine whether the certification of your field is on its way.

Cancellations
To cancel the inspection of a field or identify a field as a duplicate application, please contact your inspection service provider.

Fees
Invoices can be paid online through the Members’ Area of the CSGA website.

Before harvest!
Make sure your field has been inspected and has passed certification prior to harvest!  A cut field cannot be inspected for pedigreed seed crop production.

Final Tip!
Remember you must complete a Membership/Renewal Form to the CSGA every year.  If you are producing seed under contract, please note that a third-party cannot complete a membership form on your behalf.  To complete your membership application, please log into the Members area of the CSGA website and go to the Apply Now tab. Please keep your contact information up to date so that we can reach you with important updates on the seed crop certification of your fields including potential important corrective action notices.  To update your information, do so online in the members area under My Profile or contact communications@seedgrowers.ca
