Canada Post Service Disruption

In the event of a Canada Post Service Disruption, members relying on hard copy services from CSGA may not receive correspondence relating to the certification of their seed crops or invoices and account statements. For your convenience, there are alternatives. Contact the office to update your account information with a fax number or email address. Visit the Members’ Area of the CSGA website to track the certification of your seed crops, view time sensitive requests for additional information or corrective action in the field, submit copies of seed tags and field maps, or access your account for copies of invoices or to make a payment by interact and credit card. Copies of maps and tags can also be provided directly to your seed inspection service. If you need assistance, please contact the office.
