2020 Annual General Meeting

The CSGA virtual Annual General Meeting (AGM) is Tuesday, July 7, 2020 from 12:00 – 4:15 pm ET. The AGM will operate in accordance with Roberts Rules of Order.

Information Packages

Members of the Association have received an information package by regular mail including a unique control number to allow members access to an online secured portal for purposes of voting on Association business.
IMPORTANT:
- If you do not receive your information package and voting card, please call CompuShare at 1-800-564-6253
  - They are open 8:30 AM – 8 PM ET, 7 days a week
  - Indicate you are a CSGA Member, answer their verification questions and they will be able to provide you your control number
  - Alternatively, you can contact us at seedtalk@seedgrowers.ca or by telephone at (613) 236-0497, however, calling CompuShare will be more efficient for you.

The meeting will be open to all members and stakeholders

CSGA members are reminded to have their voting card with unique control number on hand for voting purposes
Online voting will be live during the meeting.

Opportunity to Submit a Member Resolution

Resolutions allow members to express their views on matters related to the affairs of the CSGA. Any active CSGA member may submit a resolution. To accommodate this year’s virtual meeting format, resolutions will need to be submitted to the CSGA via email no later than midnight, Pacific Daylight Time, Sunday, July 5, 2020.
Those interested should complete and submit the resolutions form, via email to Michael Scheffel at mscheffel@seedgrowers.ca who is compiling submissions on behalf of the Chair of the CSGA Resolutions Committee, Kevin Runnalls.
