- Yes. We have health and dental plans for individuals, couples, farm families and group plans.
Can I customize the program for what I need on my farm?
- Yes. The great thing about CSGA Health is that every plan is unique and customized to suit the needs of you, your family, or your employees.
How Does CSGA Health Work?
- CSGA is the plan sponsor and acts as the contract holder.
- Each new participant would be covered under CSGA’s contract and hold their own individual insurance contract under the CSGA plan (e.g., sub-contract), allowing personalized billing and customization. Each participant pays David Burns & Associates individually.
