2024 Virtual Annual General Meeting
Join us for CSGA’s 120th Annual General Meeting (AGM) being held virtually via Zoom on Wednesday, June 26, 2024 from 1:00 – 3:00 pm ET. The AGM will operate in accordance with Roberts Rules of Order.

Once you’ve registered for the AGM, you will receive a confirmation email with a personalize meeting link. The link in your confirmation email is unique to you and cannot be shared. Stay tuned for more information.

Online Voting
Active members may vote on association business during the AGM through the virtual Zoom platform with online polling. Per By-laws 3:01 and 5:04, Regular Members with seed production in 2023 or 2024 are entitled to vote on Association business. If you are not a CSGA Regular Member, and attend the AGM as a guest, we kindly ask that you do not vote on any of the motions presented. Those members listening by phone will not be able to vote.
Submit a Member Proposal
Members may submit Member Proposals to the office by Monday, June 3, 2024, for presentation and discussion at the CSGA Annual General Meeting. The Member Proposal process allows our Grassroots to present issues or concerns for discussion and provides input to CSGA on our policy development. All proposals received will be circulated in advance of the AGM through our Seed Scoop newsletter.
