2024 Virtual Annual General Meeting

Please join us for CSGA’s 120^th Annual General Meeting (AGM) being held virtually on Wednesday, June 26, 2024 from 1:00 – 3:00 pm ET

Members will vote to elect members of the 2024-2025 Board Directors, on minutes of last year’s AGM, and on the appointment of the auditors for the 2024-2025 fiscal year. There will also be a presentation on the current Membership Class Proposal and Consultation. The AGM will operate in accordance with Roberts Rules of Order.

Joining the Meeting

Once you’ve registered for the AGM, you will receive a confirmation email with a personalize meeting link. The link in your confirmation email is unique to you and cannot be shared. Stay tuned for more information.

Online Voting

Active members may vote on association business during the AGM through the virtual platform with online polling. Per By-laws 3:01 and 5:04, Regular Members are entitled to vote on Association business. If you are not a CSGA Regular Member, and attend the AGM as a guest, we kindly ask that you do not vote on any of the motions presented. Those members listening by phone will not be able to vote.

Submit a Member Proposal

Please note that no Member Proposals were received by the CSGA office for presentation and discussion at the upcoming CSGA Annual General Meeting. However, there will be time allocated for discussions and questions. Thank you for your participation.
