CSGA is seeking a strategic, collaborative, and values-driven Executive Director to lead the organization into its next phase of national leadership, advancing the broader seed sector and ensuring excellence in Canadaโs pedigreed seed system. This is a unique opportunity to drive industry collaboration, guide innovation, and champion Certified seed at both the national and international levels.
Working closely with CSGAโs Board of Directors, the Executive Director will:
- Shape strategic direction
- Advance policy priorities
- Ensure strong operational, financial, and governance performance
- Foster a culture rooted in accountability, collaboration, service excellence, and continuous improvement
- Support both our national office team and our strong branch network across the country
