Seeds Canada Amalgamation Proposal Information Webinar

On June 19, 2020, you received a notification from the CSGA, communicating the Board of Directors’ decision to proceed with a member vote on the proposed amalgamation of our Association with the Canadian Seed Trade Association, the Commercial Seed Analysts Association of Canada, the Canadian Seed Institute, and the Canadian Plant Technology Agency.

The June 19 notification included a link to the Amalgamation Ratification Package. You will shortly receive the same package and your voting card by mail. To further inform you, we have prepared a webinar that provides an overview of the amalgamation ratification package and explains the Seeds Canada Business Plan, including the proposed Target Operating Model, Pro Forma Budget, Implementation Plan and other important details.

Less than 45 minutes in length, the webinar has been designed with a segmented click-forward format to help you find the details important to you.

We understand that you may wish to learn more, ask questions, or share your views on the amalgamation proposal. If so, we encourage you to attend one of our upcoming virtual Town Hall meetings.
