This year, temporary fees were approved for 2020 to support strategic priorities. The fee increases introduce a differentiation among crop kinds determined by the cost of providing the service and value or potential revenue earnings. Fees relating to variety certification eligibility, penalties for late submissions and other services related to certification have also been temporarily increased.
